Understanding your analytics

Studio, Analytics answers one question per chart in plain words: followers (exact and current), monthly readers (people who took a reading action in the last 30 days), monthly reach (people who saw your profile or posts), the campaign funnel, posting cadence and what lands. Audience shows recent followers, the tastes they chose to make public, and your e-mail list with its export history. Aggregated nightly; no sales figures, nothing faked.
The short answer
The headline numbers
- Followers: people who keep you in their feed. Exact and current, with the last 30 days charted day by day.
- Monthly readers: unique readers who took at least one significant reading action tied to your pen name in a rolling 30-day window (shelving, progress, a review). Profile visits and post views do not count, and neither does your own activity.
- Monthly reach: unique people who saw your profile or posts in the same window, deduplicated across both. Signed-in viewers are counted exactly, visitors per day.
Each chart carries a plain-language line saying what its number means. Everything but followers is aggregated nightly, so a brand-new pen name sees Not enough data yet or a note that the first rollup has not run. Nothing is estimated or faked, and there are no sales figures: Booklabria sells no books.

- Campaign funnel: everyone who asked for a copy, applications you accepted, approved readers who fetched the file, downloads that became published reviews, and reviewers who now follow you; with the on-time review rate once your campaigns have produced reviews.
- Posting cadence (posts per day) and What lands (top entries by reactions, reviews per book).
Audience
Studio › Audience shows your recent followers, readers by favorite genre (only tastes a follower chose to make public; nothing is inferred) and your e-mail list: readers who shared their e-mail with you (Sharing your e-mail with an author). The list exports as a CSV, one export an hour; every row carries the export's id and the exact words the reader agreed to, and every export is recorded on the page.

- ARC delivery and tracking: You choose per campaign how readers receive the book: Read on Booklabria (the file stays on the server, readers open it on the site or in the app, and the Reading tab shows progress by chapter, who finished and where readers stop, as counts) or Download a protected copy (signed links that expire after fifteen minutes, five downloads per approval, every EPUB watermarked). Upload the EPUB or PDF on the Delivery tab; reading on Booklabria needs the EPUB. The Activity tab notes approvals, downloads and reviews as they happen; the analytics funnel shows how many downloads became reviews.
- Sharing your e-mail with an author: On an author's page you can let that author e-mail you: a dialog shows the exact words, a confirmation e-mail seals it, the author only ever gets an export of confirmed addresses, and you can withdraw at any time under Settings › Notifications.
- Following, and what you are told: Follow authors (their pen name), readers and series; their news reaches your feed and the bell, grouped and switchable per author. Notifications live under the bell, everything can be marked read at once, and e-mail is a digest, never one message per event.
- Plans, and what the beta unlocks: Readers never pay; there is no reader plan and never will be. Authors have four plans, Author (free), Creator, Pro and Publisher, with founding prices and real allowances (pen names 1, 1, 5, unlimited; books 3 and 1 series on Author, then unlimited; campaigns 1, 3, unlimited; ARC approvals 25, 300, 2,000 a month; collaborators 0, 0, 2, the imprint). During the closed beta nothing is charged and every author feature is unlocked. When billing opens: 14-day trials without a card, founding prices for twelve months, upgrades at once, downgrades at the end of the period, a seven-day grace after a failed payment, nothing deleted.
