1. 1.Shelves and progressYour Library has five shelves (Want to Read, Reading, Completed, Did Not Finish, ARC Reads); a book lives on one at a time. Books you are reading carry a progress percentage; reaching 100 % or tapping Finished moves them to Completed and offers a review.For readers and authors · updated 2026-09-20
2. 2.Writing reviewsA review is a 1 to 5 star rating (whole stars) with an optional title and a body of at least 20 characters, plus a spoiler flag; edit or delete it from the book page. 3. 3.Importing your library from Goodreads or StoryGraphLibrary › Import takes a Goodreads or StoryGraph CSV export (up to 5 MB), matches each row by ISBN then by title and author, and puts the books on your shelves; ratings stay with you and nothing is posted as a review.For readers · updated 2026-09-20
4. 4.Smart shelves and saved searchesA smart shelf fills itself from a rule you choose (unread by authors you follow, hidden gems, open ARCs in your genres, series you have not finished, short reads, coming soon), with a length, a lowest rating and an order; a saved search is a Books filter you named. 5. 5.Reading goalsGoals tracks what you read against a target you set (books finished, genres explored, a series, one particular book and more) over a period, with optional reminders, on your profile or private; a goal can rest and resume without losing anything. 7. 7.Wraps: your month or year, shareableA Wrap is a page about a reading period (a month, or a year once it has ended) kept as it stood when you made it; it is private until you create a link, the link shows only the sections you keep on and never your advance-copy record, and you can take it down at any time.For readers · updated 2026-09-20
8. 8.Content warnings and content levelsAuthors tag a book with content warnings from a shared list and a content level; both show on the book page. 9. 9.Reading Life postsThe composer at the top of Home posts a reading moment to your profile and your followers' feeds (started, finished, progress, a recommendation, a question, a poll and twenty more formats), each with an audience: Public, Followers or Only me. 10. 10.Following, and what you are toldFollow authors (their pen name), readers and series; their news reaches your feed and the bell, grouped and switchable per author.
