Working with a team on a pen name

From Settings, Teams, the owner of a pen name invites another account by username as an Editor or a Manager; once they accept from their own Settings, Teams, they work on that pen name in Studio (books, campaigns, entries, promotions, analytics). Only the owner can invite, remove or change roles; team members can never rename or delete the pen name or see billing.
The short answer

A pen name can have a team: other Booklabria accounts that act for it. From Settings › Teams:
- Invite by username and choose a role, Editor or Manager.
- The person sees You were invited under their own Settings › Teams and accepts or declines.
- Once accepted, your pen name appears in their Studio and they can work on its books, campaigns, Journal entries, promotions and analytics as you would.
Nobody shares a password: each person signs in as themselves, and what they do is done under their own account.
What a team member cannot do
- Rename or delete the pen name, or change the author profile itself: those stay with the owner.
- Invite or remove other members, or change roles: only the owner can.
- See or change the account's plan or billing.
In the beta, Editor and Manager have the same access; the role is recorded on the roster so a team knows who is who. Roles can be changed and members removed by the owner at any time (they lose access straight away; nothing they wrote is deleted), and a member can leave from their own Settings › Teams.
Seats
Collaborators come with the plan: the Pro plan allows two collaborators on a pen name (the owner is not a seat; Settings › Billing shows Collaborators 0 of 2), Author and Creator allow none, and the Publisher plan works through an imprint's roles instead (Imprints and teams). - Your pen name and public page: Your pen name is your public identity; books, series, campaigns and Journal entries attach to it. Edit its name, bios, avatar, banner, the genres you write, the languages you publish in and external links under Studio, Settings. - Imprints and teams: An imprint is the Publisher plan's workspace, several pen names and people in one place with roles (owner, editor, marketer, analyst). It invites an existing author's pen name; the author accepts from Settings, Teams, keeps ownership of the pen and its public page, and can leave with one click. Members run campaigns on behalf of a pen, every action is in the imprint's audit trail, and nobody but the reader path ever downloads a campaign's file. A Publisher account uses the same support as everyone.
- Signing out everywhere: Settings › Account › Sign out everywhere else ends every other session (a shared computer, a lost phone, a password you suspect was known) while this device stays signed in; a password reset does the same.
