A download or a page is not working
Expired ARC links are normal. Ask for a fresh one; a page that will not load is worth reporting with its address.

- An ARC link that stopped working most likely expired (fifteen minutes). Ask for a fresh one from My requests.
- A page that will not load or shows Something went wrong: reload once; if it repeats, send it to the team with the page address (the form fills it in for you when you come from the error page) and roughly when it happened. The report reaches a person.
- Slow pages on a weak connection: the product is built to work on a slow connection; if a specific page is unusable, name it.
